Yourtasks

  • You take full operational and financial responsibility for your store.
  • You lead, coach and continuously develop your team.
  • You make sure LOCO quality, hygiene and service perform at top level every day.
  • You proactively implement measures for customer loyalty and sales growth in close cooperation with us.
  • You work full-time and are personally on site in the driver's seat.
  • You represent the #1 cult brand LOCO Chicken with passion and brand pride.

Yourprofile

  • You're passionate about chicken – just like us.
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in hospitality or quick-service restaurants.
  • You've already performed as a restaurant manager, Store Manager, operations manager or in a deputy leadership role.
  • You have strong business understanding and always keep your KPIs on the radar.
  • You're service-oriented, resilient and flexible – and bring your good mood as a fixed part of your work experience.
  • You speak and write German fluently; English is a clear plus.
